Returns & Refund
Due to the type of products we are selling (food), no refund nor return of the good(s) will be accepted after being delivered. We are sure you understand that for sanitary/hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns nor refunds.

Additions, modifications or cancellations
We are only Humans and we understand that mistakes can happen .
- Addition(s): in the case an order has been placed and you want to add item(s), please contact us as soon as possible, by email at [email protected] with your name, order number and the additional item(s) and we will do our best to accommodate your request depending on the time given.
- Modification(s): in the case an order has been placed and you want to change item(s), please contact us at the latest 12hrs prior to your scheduled pick-up time, by email at [email protected] with your name, order number and the modifications desired and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Cancellation: please contact us at the latest 24hrs prior to your scheduled pick-up time, by email at [email protected] with your name, order number and we will proceed to a full-refund.
